- The participation fee must be paid for the publication and presentation of accepted papers.
- Services included in the registration Fees:
- Publication and presentation of 1 paper
- If two paper holders attend the conference as a single person, an additional fee is required.
- Attendance to all sessions during the 4-day congress
- Coffee breaks and snacks during session breaks
- Congress certificate
- "IEEE Regular Participant" and "IEEE Student" participation types are for IEEE members.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please send your cancellation request in writing to the Conference Secretariat (DEKON) via email at siu2023kayit@itu.edu.tr.
- Cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
